Heather A. Stout has been a Professional Member of USA Gymnastics since 1986.  Heather A. Stout is a former competitive gymnast from the one of the largest privately owned gymnastics facilities in the Midwest.  Ms. Stout began coaching at the competitive level.  Heather has worked as the facility director for multi-purpose facilities in highly competitive markets across the United States while acquiring her sport specific training and teaching credentials.  She has worked in the capacity of Program Director for The Circus Gym in Manhattan, New York and Tag Gymnastics in Miami, Florida.  Heather's twenty years of industry specific experience and her commitment to field specific continuing education, business development, and marketing skills are a great asset to The Flip Factory.
